Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Under direct supervision of the Director of Operations (DO) and with input from the Client Services Manager (CSM) where appropriate, select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers and client schedules based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients. Manage the scheduling ream to ensure the proper scheduling of all caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies and/or "call-outs" arise. Ensure scheduling team has all schedules complete for through the next business day/weekends before leaving for the day. Track and record in WellSky all instances of assignment refusals, call-outs, late arrivals, early departures, etc. and share information with the CSM or DO on a regular basis as determined by the CSM. Accept on-call manager duty as directed by the DO or CSM. Communicate with the CSM or DO to Hire for the void on a regular basis. May assist in keeping caregiver files up to date, including tracking expirations of any licensing, insurance, etc. in our tracking system. Collects new documents as directed, notifies CSM when new documents cannot be obtained. Ensures proper scheduling to adhere to all state laws regarding overtime. Report any suspicious activity to CSM or DO regarding caregivers or clients.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in a staffing, home health care setting preferred Professional experience in the field of customer service Knowledge of general healthcare staffing requirements Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently Must have experience using telephones with multiple lines, multi-task on several calls and maintain professionalism and patience with a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving abilities are a requirement, schedule conflicts are bound to arise that will require creative solutions
