Overview:

Mirabella Seattle has an opening in our Health Care department for a Full-Time

Scheduling Coordinator

who thrives on details in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for scheduling for our Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living and Memory Care departments to ensure facility needs and regulatory requirements are met. This position also provides support for the selection, placement/hiring process, staff orientation and uniform ordering for Health Services personnel. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized and possess excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Wage Range:

$26.00 - $30.00/hour DOE

Schedule:

Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm

About You:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home or senior living facility. Previous experience in human resources or business operations is preferred. Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license from the State Board of Nursing is preferred. Knowledge of basic recruitment and HR practices, employment law and regulations. Strong computer skills and technology understanding is preferred. Good phone technique and communication skills.
