We are recruiting for professional and reliable Schedulers. In order to excel in this position, all candidates should be able to multi-task in stressful conditions with little supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate superb organizational and interpersonal skills. Providing these services in an effective manner will ensure that Scheduling and other operations are maintained efficiently.

Schedule:

Sunday & Monday OFF



Tuesday & Wednesday 2pm - 10:30pm



Thursday & Friday 8am - 4:30pm



Saturday 11am - 7:30pm



Essential Job Functions



. Follow ESI and Scheduling Policies and Procedures

. Schedule all staff appropriately and timely ensuring that any open shifts are a week or further out

. Check all orders daily. Enter them when needed

. Answer all incoming calls understanding the needs of the person on the line and schedule them as they are available or answer any questions they may have

. Prepare documents and reports in our electronic system.

. Process all call offs as they occur. Finding coverage as needed in a timely manner.

. Maintain a positive attitude within the office, work well with others.

. Read all texts, emails and pass down information that is created, sent out or received during the time you are away from the office.



. Learn each employee's availability and other responsibilities to better schedule them.



. Understand the needs of the client to best schedule staff that will meet said needs.



. Assist when needed for any other office duty.

. Ability to multi-task.

. Have good customer and employee relations skills

. Must be able to communicate in an effective and positive manner

. Be able to take initiative and present new ideas

. Take direction and adapt to new changes

. Must have good reading and grammar skills



. Know how to prioritize

. Handle stress in a professional manner

. Efficient with computers and software programs



Education/Other Skills



. High School Diploma or GED

. 1+ years of Scheduling experience preferred

. 3+ years of Office experience preferred
