Home Health Scheduler

In this essential role, you'll be the heartbeat of our care coordination--ensuring that our clients receive timely, consistent, and quality care by skillfully managing caregiver schedules and client/patient visits. You'll be the friendly voice on the phone, the calm in the storm, and the connector between our clients, their families, and our dedicated care team.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and maintain daily and weekly caregiver schedules with precision and care Ensure visits align with payer requirements and regulatory guidelines Communicate with clients and families to address concerns and provide support Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records (EHR) Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless care delivery Monitor visit compliance and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
What You Bring:

A positive attitude and a heart for service Excellent phone etiquette and computer skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with scheduling software and EHR systems (preferred) Prior experience in home health or healthcare scheduling (a big plus!) High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
