Caregiver Scheduling Coordinator



It was 8:01 a.m., and Jamie had already lived three lives today.



First, a caregiver called out because "their dog looked at them weird."

Then another needed to switch shifts because they "suddenly remembered" a dentist appointment... for their cousin.

And of course, a client decided today was the day they wanted their shower 15 minutes earlier, because apparently time is just a suggestion.



Most people would run away.

Jamie?

Jamie took a deep breath, muttered "fantastic," (or some word that starts with F), and proceeded to fix everything like the scheduling wizard they were born to be.

What You'll Do (Besides Question Your Sanity)



Match caregivers and clients with the precision of someone who definitely didn't just reshuffle the whole day... again Answer calls that start with "soooo..." and end with you fixing something last-minute Keep a schedule organized even though no one else seems emotionally prepared to do so Communicate like a patient adult surrounded by lovable chaos gremlins Update the schedule 53 times a day--and pretend you're thrilled about it
