Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls regarding service appointments, setting the appointments Make outbound calls to existing Service Customers to remind them of their vehicle recalls or upcoming service needs. Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Qualifications:
At least one previous professional role based on phone and computer knowledge Prompt and courteous demeanor Positive and hardworking personality Good phone and computer skills
Impeccable attendance is important
