Scheduler / Office Assistant
to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and professionalism. Experience in construction preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments for electrical service calls and ongoing projects
Coordinate with contractors and clients regarding job timelines, changes, and updates
Pull permits as needed for jobs and ensure proper documentation
Schedule inspections and follow up on inspection results
Perform various administrative and office duties as required (filing, answering phones, data entry, etc.)
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Experience in scheduling or administrative work preferred
Familiarity with permit processes and construction industry a plus
Proficient with computers and scheduling software
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
