As a Scheduler, you\'ll be responsible for assisting our office staff with daily tasks primarily scheduling appointments and keeping track of correspondence. This position also requires strong clerical and time management skills, and a keen sense of organization due to logistics. A reliable and hard-working individual with an eye for detail is required in this role. You will have a key role in supporting our company\xe2\x80\x99s operations. This role includes some office assistant responsibilities but the primary focus is scheduling. Responsibilities:

• One year of Home Health experience required.
• Scheduling therapy appointments--communicating with the therapist and the patient.
• Answer the telephone and direct calls.
• Place outgoing calls.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents by typing and filing them.
• Answer e-mail messages and forward incoming messages to the appropriate person.
• Carry out special assignments to help support office staff.
• Manage project records by maintaining contact lists and calendars.
• Therapist\xe2\x80\x99s note reviews.
• Ensuring notes are being completed timely and visits rescheduled as needed.
• Verifying insurance benefits.

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience based. Salaried position. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits:
