Scaffold Sales Representative

Tradesmen Crane & Equipment, LLC (TCE)

is seeking a

driven and experienced Scaffold Salesperson

to lead our scaffold rental, erection, and dismantling services in

Central Ohio

. This is a

full-time opportunity

for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in the scaffold industry and a passion for project development and client service.

. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a leader to help expand our scaffold division and build lasting relationships with contractors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to sales inquiries and qualify leads Conduct site visits, attend pre-bid meetings, and consult with contractors Assess job site logistics, access needs, and scaffold requirements Develop detailed cost estimates and material takeoffs (BOM) Prepare and present proposals for scaffold rental and services Manage projects of all sizes, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule compliance Coordinate post-award documentation and submittals Oversee scaffold drawings and collaborate with engineers as needed Attend project meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders Develop and manage project schedules and site mobilization plans Support recruitment and staffing for scaffold crews Handle change orders, invoicing, reporting, and project documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in the scaffold industry, including fieldwork and sales/project management Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Experience with CPM scheduling and cost-loaded schedules Strong analytical and planning abilities Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
