Position Overview:

We're looking for responsible, motivated individuals

ages 16 and up

who are eager to learn and work hard. As a

Junior Sawmill Operator

, you'll assist in processing lumber, operating light equipment (based on training and age restrictions), and supporting day-to-day operations at the mill. No prior experience is needed -- just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

Assist in loading and moving logs and lumber Learn how to safely operate basic sawmill equipment (age-appropriate tasks) Stack, sort, and bundle finished lumber Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite Follow instructions from senior operators and supervisors Grow skills in craftsmanship, teamwork, and safety

What We're Looking For:

Must be

16 years or older

Reliable and punctual -- you show up ready to work Willingness to learn hands-on skills and use tools safely Able to lift 30-50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather Positive attitude and respect for safety procedures No experience required -- we train!

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
