Overview:
The Food and Beverage Manager will focus on hospitality and service excellence and will provide high level expertise, support, and leadership to all employees. This position maintains effective overall management of multiple concepts including two Full-Service Restaurants, a Buffet outlet, Pool-side Bar, and a Grab and Go Concept. The F&B Manager also ensures financial performance, product production, personnel management and training, and service of safe food in accordance with Cedar Point\xe2\x80\x99s standards of operation and budgetary controls. This position reports to the Food and Beverage Director.
