Job Description

Michael Byrne Manufacturing is looking for a skilled and reliable Saw Operator to join our production team. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are cut accurately, safely, and efficiently to meet production and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate saw equipment to cut materials to specified dimensions Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and basic drawings Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating industrial saws or related manufacturing equipment preferred Ability to read blue prints and measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers Experience operating a forklift and overhead crane Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
