Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM


Targeted Compensation Range: $18 to $22/hour




Lakeland Manufacturing is looking for a

Saw Operator

who's ready to roll up their sleeves and play a key role in our production process. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in precision, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Be Doing

Precision Cutting: Set up and operate cold saws and band saws to cut steel, aluminum, and other materials to exact specifications. Quality Assurance: Inspect raw materials and finished cuts using calipers, micrometers, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and excellence. Equipment Care: Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance, and cleaning to keep machines running smoothly and safely. Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols. Material Handling: Load/unload materials using forklifts or overhead cranes and route finished products efficiently.

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience operating band and cold saws Experience with remote-control overhead cranes Forklift experience (preferred) Strong tape measure and basic math skills Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) Basic computer skills and solid communication abilities A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
