The Satellite Program Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of Meals on Wheels of Greeley Inc satellite office. The Satellite Program Manager will evaluate clients, manage volunteer program, regulate routes, maintain limited kitchen, and maintain community relationships.
Job duties:
Manage satellite office
Maintain client and volunteer records
Complete new client intakes
Coordinate volunteer schedules
Create, maintain, and assign daily delivery routes
Deliver meals on emergency basis
Recruit, screen, and train new volunteers
Coordinate volunteer appreciation events
Develop and maintain community relationships
Manage frozen meal inventory
Manage food donations and records
Ensure meals are prepared and packaged by delivery time
Follow food safety and sanitation practices
Maintain equipment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or two years nonprofit experience required
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Proficiency in computer programs (word, excel, and email) and others as required
Ability to work cooperatively with different types of personalities
Ability to be self-directed and complete tasks as needed
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Excellent organizational skills and must be detailed oriented
Must be able to pass food safety training
Commitment to MOW program's goals and mission
25 hours/week. Monday-Friday, 8am - 1pm
Must pass background and CAPS checks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
