What You'll Do
Install and align Starlink satellite equipment at customer sites.
Securely mount dishes (rooftops or appropriate mounting locations).
Run and neatly terminate low-voltage cabling; weatherproof all exterior work.
Configure routers/mesh systems and verify connectivity/performance.
Test, troubleshoot, and resolve signal issues on-site.
Educate customers on basic system use and best practices; provide friendly, professional service.
What You Bring
Hands-on experience with telecom, low-voltage cabling, or residential/commercial networking.
Comfortable with hand tools, drilling, sealing, and neat cable runs.
Networking know-how (home Wi-Fi/routers; Cisco or similar a plus).
Strong problem-solving and clear communication.
Self-starter mentality--reliable, safe, and customer-focused.
Experience preferred
