Job Summary

As an SAP Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative projects that enhance our enterprise software capabilities. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams through the intricacies of project management methodologies, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of SAP solutions. You will harness your expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe frameworks to navigate complex challenges while fostering a collaborative environment that empowers team members to excel.

What you'll do

Lead the planning and execution of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management using tools such as Microsoft Project and GoPlan. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to capture user needs and translate them into actionable project plans. Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to validate project deliverables against requirements. Implement best practices in software development life cycle (SDLC) and ensure adherence to IT governance standards. Utilize project management skills to track progress and communicate updates effectively. Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing systems. Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project milestones and address any concerns.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in project management, particularly within SAP environments. Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.

Preferred qualifications

Familiarity with SAP business processes particularly in FICO, Billing and budgeting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively across diverse teams. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams through complex projects.

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
