Summary:



Our client, a discrete manufacturing organization, is in the process of implementing SAP PP into a newly acquired manufacturing site currently running a non-SAP legacy system. We are seeking a strong, hands-on SAP PP Consultant to step in and help drive the project through solutioning, testing, and go-live. This role will replace the current consultant and requires someone who can take the lead, engage effectively with the business, and bring a proactive, dynamic approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the client team through understanding and adopting SAP PP solutions Support and drive integration testing, cutover, and go-live activities Partner with key stakeholders to define requirements and deliver end-to-end manufacturing solutions Provide thought leadership and best practices for PP implementation in a discrete manufacturing environment Act as a self-starter and solution driver, not just run-and-maintain support

Required Skills & Experience:



10+ years of hands-on SAP PP implementation experience Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive client engagement and adoption Proven experience in discrete manufacturing environments Ability to work in a hybrid model (~50% remote / 50% onsite) * Experience with Lean Manufacturing environments is a strong plus
