MES professional with 7-9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Manufacturing solutions, including SAP ME, SAP MII systems and integration with S/4 HANA. You will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Job responsibilities

Provide expert guidance in the integration of SAP S/4 HANA with manufacturing executions systems (MES) including design, customization and troubleshooting. Configure SAP ME/MII modules to meet specific needs of manufacturing processes, such as production tracking, equipment integration and quality management. Develop and optimize production workflow to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime and improve overall manufacturing performance Provide hands-on support during implementation phases, including blueprinting, prototyping, testing, data migration, go-live and post go-live support Lead training workshops for end-users and IT teams to ensure smooth adoption and knowledge transfer. Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvements and enhancements. Keep up to date with latest SAP Manufacturing innovations and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations and IT to ensure seamless integration of the manufacturing systems with other enterprise applications. Stay updated with trends in manufacturing industry and leverage continuously. Identify the pain points of customers and find solutions through SAP ME. Knowledge of SAP ME site setups, shop floor master data, shop floor execution and tracking, integration with S/4 HANA, PODs, data collection (DC), genealogy, returns management, site-to-site transfer, Worker guidance set up etc. Knowledge of integration points of SAP ME to other SAP S/4 HANA components Experience with other MES products would be advantageous. Experience with IoT, Industry 4.0 technologies, and cloud based manufacturing solutions. consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process Knowledge of SAP Modules PP,QA and PM preferred. Analytical and Communication skills
