YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:

Organizes and implements projects in supply chain and process management
Analyzing system data vs. actual good movement
Find potential root causes for process/system deviations and implement solutions for their prevention
Train and Educate the departments on targets, expectations and how to achieve them
Lead cross departmental discussions to define common solutions
High focus on goods movements from inbound to outbound, on the floor and within the system
Find and analyze losses and preventative measures
Digital mapping and administration of processes via a workflow management system
Interfaces internal departments and subsidiaries
Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for preparing reports and communications
Maintains a safe and secure work environment, including correcting unsafe acts/conditions
Responsible for first level Support for EWM requests -
Working on User requests -
Carry out trainings to key users -
Support process design and transition into EWM -
Forward to 2nd level request with headquarter and coordinate it locally -
Implement EWM processes and functionalities by configuring the system -
Align on open tasks, new functionalities and troubleshooting together with HQ

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?

5 years of experience or Bachelor's degree in, or within equivalent role as, supply chain management, logistics, food manufacturing or business administration
Ability to prioritize tasks and possess time-management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Experienced in working with SAP
Takes initiative; proactive rather than reactive
Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities, situations, and workflows
Great communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Works in a manufacturing environment
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to: talk, hear, reach with hands and arms, grasp, pick, lift, stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions. The employee must frequently lift and /or move 50 pounds. The employee is required to have visual acuity to perform an activity such as operate production machines where the seeing job is at or within arm's reach
This position is exposed to occupational hazards, including but not limited to high noise levels, physical obstacles, exposure to chemicals, etc.
Must wear appropriate safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing, and footwear in appropriate areas and follow safety practices
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Work Night Shift 4 on 4 off schedule
