About the role

As a SAP BPM Consultant, you will make an impact by leading business process management initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and strategic alignment across the organization. You will be a valued member of the Business Process Management (BPM) team and work collaboratively with business units, stakeholders, and governance teams to design, optimize, and implement process solutions.

In this role, you will:

Top 5 most important contributions (in descending order):

Lead process analysis, redesign, and optimization efforts to improve operational efficiency. Design and implement workflows and automation strategies using BPMN 2.0 standards. Define and maintain process hierarchies, relationships, and data flows for consistency across teams. Act as the governance hub for BPM practices, ensuring adherence to standards and methodologies. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and drive adoption of new processes.

Work model: Based in the US.

What you need to have to be considered

Top qualifications (in descending order):

Proven experience in SAP BPM and BPMN 2.0 modeling. Strong expertise in process analysis, optimization, and automation strategies. Solid understanding of governance frameworks and BPM methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to facilitate change management and staff training.

These will help you stand out

Nice-to-haves (in descending order):

Experience with SAP workflow tools and integration. Knowledge of process performance monitoring and continuous improvement practices. Familiarity with strategic planning and embedding process orientation at an enterprise level. Exposure to cultural transformation initiatives. Certification in BPM or related methodologies.

Salary and Other Compensation

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
