Job Summary


DFA is seeking to fill one (1) SAP BASIS Consultant. This position will provide technical support for the Mississippi


Accountability System for Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC). MAGIC is the State of Mississippi's


ERP solution based on the SAP software. The software is used by the 120+ State agencies for their financial,


procurement, grants management, and reporting requirements. These systems have been in production since 2015.


The State is also supporting the cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors software for Human Capital Management (HCM).


The consultant will support the SAP On-Premise applications and the SAP cloud-based SuccessFactors software.


The following skills are required:


Five years' experience with SAP BASIS administration and technical core tasks including SAP software installation,


upgrade, support packages, patches, workload analysis, system error analysis, performance monitoring, and


maintenance of multiple landscapes.


Five years' experience working with an operational system for a Public Sector client.


Five years' experience with Linux/DB2 and Windows/MSSQL


SAP Software Advanced Required Five years' experience with SAP software installation, upgrade, support packages, patch


management, workload analysis, system error analysis, performance monitoring, and maintenance of multi-landscape environments.
