Overview

We are seeking a cheerful and energetic Santa's helper to join our holiday team as an elf. This festive role involves engaging with children and families, spreading holiday cheer, and assisting with various seasonal activities. The ideal candidate will embody the spirit of the season, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and enjoy creating magical experiences for visitors of all ages.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming holiday environment Assist children and families during photo sessions with Santa or other holiday characters Support event activities, including crafts, games, and festive displays Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the elf station and surrounding areas Help with setup and teardown of holiday decorations and displays Engage with visitors in a friendly, enthusiastic manner to enhance their holiday experience Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, event staffing, or entertainment is preferred but not required Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic holiday environment Enthusiasm for the holiday season and creating joyful experiences for others Prior experience working with children is a plus but not mandatory
