Quality Control

team! (And YES, we have weekly factory seconds giveaways for employees to take home and fill their freezers!)

Schedule

Swing Shift, 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday

Pay

Training pay starts at $18.50/hr. Opportunities to increase pay with experience and performance Basic janitorial duties in facilities, including offices, break rooms, restrooms, warehouse, and process rooms Assisting with disassembly, cleaning, and sanitation of industrial food processing equipment Communicate regularly with other team members and departments Extensive walking and prolonged standing; must be able to climb stairs and ladders Major joint dexterity: Ability to bend at the waist and knees, squat, kneel, reach and work overhead for extended periods Trunk Strength: extensive use of abdominal and lower back muscles to support body while working Ability to carry 40-lb buckets in each hand; ability to lift up to 30 lbs. from floor to chest height Manual Grip Strength: ability to grasp, squeeze, and hold objects forcibly for extended periods Fine Manual dexterity: ability to use arms, wrists, and hands to grasp, manipulate, assemble, and disassemble equipment ALLERGEN WARNING: This position may come in direct contact with peanuts and tree nuts, including skin contact with pieces, oils, and/or dust from grinding.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English Basic math and computer skills
