Duties

Prepare a variety of sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling Manage food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment Assist customers with menu selections, upselling additional items to enhance their experience Maintain efficient food prep flow by managing time effectively during busy periods Handle cashier duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and providing accurate change Support food industry standards by adhering to proper food handling, serving, bussing, and sanitation procedures

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Background in culinary arts or restaurant experience will help you excel in this role Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in retail or food service settings Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Experience with cashiering, food handling, and serving in cafe or grocery store environments will be advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
