Job Purpose

Provide quality samples as needed to sales staff and other customers in a timely fashion.

Essential Functions

Inspect product, pack, and provide samples to sales team as requested Maintain accurate inventory of products used for samples Maintain accurate required records: date codes, cookie data, daily production total, etc. Monitor quality of product on ongoing basis and report any discrepancies to Management/Quality Prepare/package finished orders for shipping: FedEx, LTL, etc. Serve as backup in Outlet Store when needed Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications (Education/Experience)

Food handling experience preferred Strong communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the Company Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong decision-making skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
