Overview:
This position is a direct Freelance (1099) position with Eddie Bauer.


Purpose: Supports Sample Room team with daily activities of sample processing and fulfillment of sample requests for cross-functional partners, works closely with the Marketing Sample Manager. Job Responsibilities:
  • Support Sample Room team with receiving and distribution of new seasonal Photo Samples
  • Organize and maintain all checked-in samples for storage in the Sample Room
  • Maintain status within Sample Tracking system
  • Assist Sample Room team with pulling and packing merchandise for photography projects
  • Assist Sample Room team with fulfillment of sample requests for internal and external business partners
  • Organize samples during seasonal sample purges
  • This position collaborates with Marketing, Merchandising, Visual teams (ex: photo studio, PR, etc.)
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with Sample Room, Retail Stock Room, Photo Studio, Merchandising or Sales experience in retail industry is preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • This position is scheduled In-Office as needed
  • Mac proficiency (including Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Ability to be productive and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Acute attention to detail
  • High level of organizational skills and eagerness to apply them
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email communication.

Pay is $200/day (full day) or $25 an hour depending on scheduled hours. Hours vary based on business need.
