The Sample Photo/Trim Specialist is responsible for trimming/cleaning and inspecting samples for quality and accuracy, then taking photos of completed samples and uploading photos. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspecting produced samples for quality and accuracy \xe2\x80\x93 trimming and cleaning as necessary.
• Rejecting failed caps and communicating with appropriate team members to make corrections.
• Taking and uploading photos of each art location on each sample.
• Cross-train to support sample pick station in pulling inventory for sample orders.
• Secondary: Supports sample machine operators with thread tying or machine operation.
• Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned by Sample and Digitizing Supervisor.
• Must be able to work with little absenteeism and available for overtime as needed.

Skills and Competencies

• Self-motivated and teamwork oriented. Able to positively interact and communicate with team members and internal customers.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions (in English), short correspondence and work orders.

• Basic Math: ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

• Ability to learn quickly, work at a fast pace, keep a positive attitude and manage stressful situations with professionalism.

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree preferred, but not mandatory.
• In-house programs (Simparel)(QuickTurn)(Shopfloor) preferred, but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and/or walk the majority of the day.

• Required to have close visual acuity to examine product in detail.
• Ability to lift/move/pull and manipulate product with hands, arms and shoulders 10-30 lbs throughout the day.
• Extreme temperatures: this position will work in a building that is not climate controlled.
• Able to hear and effectively communicate with peers.
• Color Vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors.)
• Must be able to work with hands repetively.
