We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional customer service while overseeing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, confidence, a quick learner, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Pay can be based on skilled experience.

Duties

Greet clients warmly as they enter the salon and provide them with information about services offered. Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal time management for stylists and clients. Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and booking appointments using excellent phone etiquette. Process transactions accurately using a cash register, including handling payments and managing change. Assist with retail sales by promoting products, upselling, and offering recommendations based on client needs. Maintain an organized reception and waiting area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming at all times. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and enhance client experiences. Support the team in achieving business by keeping the stylist on task, on time, and being one step ahead. Social Media management/outreach (minor)
