Mariah's Madison Park Salon is seeking a Salon Assistant / Apprentice who is eager to learn, motivated to grow in a fast paced environment, and excited to build a career in the salon industry.

This is an entry-level training role designed for someone who wants hands-on education, mentorship, and a growth path -- not a booth rental or independent stylist position.

If you are in cosmetology school, recently graduated, or newly licensed and want to learn and grow in an invigorating environment, with long standing clientele, this role is for you.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting- shampooing, styling, color application Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment Greeting clients, managing check-ins/check-outs, and supporting client experience Learn color formulating, consultations and service flow Support salon organization and flow Monitoring inventory and assisting with supply orders
You are:

Cosmetology school, recently graduated, or newly licensed Passionate about hair and beauty Coachable, reliable, and eager to learn how to be in top five percent of earners in the industry Must be able to reliably commute to Madison Park

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour
