Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a

Salesperson / Machine Operator.

This is a hybrid role that involves both working with customers in the yard and helping move materials using equipment such as loaders, forklifts, and dump trucks. The ideal candidate enjoys being outdoors, helping people, and working with stone and construction materials.

Duties

Greet and assist customers with product selection and order pickup Operate equipment (loader, forklift, dump truck) to load/unload materials safely Maintain a clean and organized yard and display area Process sales and invoices accurately (training provided) Communicate clearly with customers, drivers, and coworkers Learn product lines and provide knowledgeable recommendations

Requirements

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field preferred Basic equipment operation skills (loader/forklift) -- we can train the right person Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license required

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
