Responsibilities:

Develop customised solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, stakeholder requirements, and company goals.

Communicate with other members of the agile team, stakeholders, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.

Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and business objectives and innovate ways to meet goals successfully.

Interact directly with all relevant colleagues to analyse project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customised applications, and interactions with other applications and systems.

Help with the management, daily support and maintenance of the instance and help conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on developing experience.

Experience with large, highly customised Salesforce.com environments and working with large data volumes in a bigger and international team.

Certified Salesforce.com Developer or equivalent experience and experience working in an Agile development environment. * Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.

  • Proven experience in Salesforce.com development using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Web Services.
Proven experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit such as Salesforce.com IDE, Visual Studio, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs, Sandbox environments.

Experience of Copado / Gearset or similar DevOps / CI / CD Tooling, experience of AccelQ or other test automation solutions.
