Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to join our dental implant practice in a fractional capacity. This position will provide essential project management and administrative support for our Salesforce implementation, helping us optimize our use of the platform to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks including user management, security settings, and system configuration
Maintain data integrity and perform regular data quality audits
Create and customize fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows
Manage profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
Coordinate Salesforce-related projects from initiation through completion
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify system improvement opportunities
Develop project timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are met
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular status updates
Document current processes and recommend improvements
Design and implement automated workflows to streamline operations
Create and maintain process documentation and user guides
Support the integration of Salesforce with other practice management systems
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
Provide insights on patient engagement, scheduling efficiency, and operational metrics
Support data-driven decision making across the practice
Provide ongoing training and support to staff members
Create training materials and quick reference guides
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related questions
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and custom workflows
Experience in healthcare
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security requirements
Knowledge of healthcare practice management systems
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Work Environment:
Flexible, fractional schedule (approximately 10-20 hours per week)
