Essential Duties:

As a key member of our Salesforce team, you'll:
Develop Salesforce solutions aligned to organizational goals using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other platform tools. Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems to ensure secure, seamless data flow and high system performance. Customize and configure Salesforce, ensuring alignment with compliance and security standards. Mentor junior developers and administrators, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the team. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help drive iterative value delivery using Agile and LeSS methodologies. Remain current on Salesforce trends, development practices, and platform advancements to proactively inform architecture decisions. Ensure all code and configurations are clean, secure, testable, and maintainable; support automated testing efforts to maintain quality.

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow is strongly desired.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in financial services or regulated industries. Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.


Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the Company's operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
