Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing exceptional support, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be bilingual or multilingual, and have experience in call center environments or customer support roles. Duties



Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and support needs Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally Conduct data entry accurately within our CRM and other relevant systems Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services to prospective and existing clients Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation purposes Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions Assist with cash handling when necessary during transactions Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support and service delivery

Requirements



Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles is preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable (e.g., English plus additional languages) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism and courtesy Good analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with outbound calling, call center operations, or client services is a plus Strong phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients

Pay: From $21.86 per hour
