Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic lead generation specialist who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. In this role, you will be expected to research and target potential clients, generate leads, and nurture relationships with prospects. This position is responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, in person visits, and social media. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The Business Development Manager must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. This is a mid-level position that reports to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:


- Conduct business development activities to identify and target potential clients in the market
- Utilize cold/warm calling techniques to reach out to prospects and generate interest in our products or services
- Perform outbound calling to qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer preferences to improve lead generation efforts

-Conduct in-person prospecting, "feet on the street" person

-Attend networking events, chamber meetings, onsite promotional events

-Track sales activities, pass leads onto sales team

-Build business plans for this role with assistance from DOS

-Use Linkedin and email outreach for lead nurturing and follow up

Experience:


- Proven experience in lead generation or business development roles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to build rapport with potential clients
- Ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
