What You'll Do

As a

Sales Representative

, you'll grow our customer base and build strong relationships with clients across multiple industries.
Your goal: help businesses bring their ideas to life through RJ Woodworking's custom manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new accounts and manage existing client relationships Sell custom

wood components

,

CNC-machined parts

, and

fabrication services

Understand client needs and translate them into quotes and project requirements Collaborate with our production and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and satisfaction Identify growth opportunities within target markets (OEMs, retail display, furniture, construction, etc.) Attend client meetings, site visits, and trade shows as needed

What We're Looking For

2+ years of sales experience in

wood products

,

manufacturing

, or

millwork

preferred Knowledge of materials like

hardwoods, plywood, plastics, and solid surfaces

Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects Basic understanding of technical drawings (AutoCAD, DXF, or similar) is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally
