Job Title: Sales & Warehouse Associate

World Footbag has been manufacturing and promoting the sport of footbag (Hacky Sack) since 1983. We're a fun, passionate company focused on footbag, movement based games, and creative play equipment. Our mission is to encourage active and healthy lifestyles through manufacturing and promoting the sport of footbag. We're looking for a motivated, energetic, and organized Sales & Warehouse Associate to help expand our retail team and assist in packaging and fulfillment to meet demands of our growing company.

Position Overview:

This is a role with two core focuses:

Driving sales, servicing existing accounts and opening new wholesale accounts

(retailers, gift shops, boutiques, campus stores, etc.)

Managing warehouse operations

, including order fulfillment, product packing, inventory, and product prep for fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Account Development (60%)

Contact existing wholesale clients and keep an organized log of calls, needs and client information Prospect and contact potential wholesale clients (calls, emails, social media, trade platforms). Build and maintain relationships with retail buyers and store owners. Pitch product line and negotiate deals for retail placement. Use CRM tools to track leads, calls, and follow-ups. Represent the brand at trade shows, local markets, and sales events. Collaborate with marketing to develop materials and campaigns to support sales.

Warehouse & Fulfillment (40%)

Pick, pack, and label online and wholesale orders with accuracy and care. Organize and maintain product bins, inventory shelves, and packing stations. Prepare bulk orders, custom kits, or event packages. Receive and check inbound inventory; restock and manage product levels. Maintain a clean and efficient workspace, following safety and quality standards.

Commission Structure:

Base Pay:

$20-$24/hour (depending on experience)

Commission:

Commission

on new wholesale account sales.

Residual commission

on reorders from accounts you open.

Bonuses

available for hitting monthly/quarterly targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

Self-starter with a positive, go-getter attitude. Friendly, confident, and comfortable with cold outreach and closing deals. Able to balance detail-oriented tasks (packing, labeling) with creative thinking (sales strategies). Interested in recreational games, hacky sacks, or active toys. Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM tools, and basic POS/inventory software.

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years experience in sales, retail, customer service, or fulfillment. Familiarity with ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move around during warehouse tasks Valid driver's license (if traveling to stores or events is needed).
