.What You'll Do
Local travel weekly
to offices within your region/territory. Deliverin-person training and coaching
to office leaders, sales professionals, and clinicians. Improve consultative sales techniques and treatment plan acceptance to best serve our patients. Partner with regional leadership to identify opportunities and implement strategies.Why Join Us
Base salary
$65K-$85K
+uncapped commission

What We're Looking For
5+ years in
sales training, coaching, or sales management
(luxury retail, cosmetics, healthcare a plus). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence without direct authority. Comfortable withearly mornings 1-2x / week (6:45 AM huddles)
andovernight travel during training
. * Comfortable traveling to local offices (approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour) 4 days per week
