About Us

Spark Marketing is an AT&T Authorized Retailer in the Albuquerque area. We focus on creating positive customer experiences and developing our team members through hands-on training, coaching, and leadership opportunities. We are currently looking for motivated and coachable individuals to grow with our team as Sales Trainees.

What You'll Do

Represent AT&T at in-store retail events with partner locations Engage with shoppers, answer questions, and share product information Learn to understand customer needs and make personalized recommendations Support team goals and contribute to store performance Attend daily team meetings to learn sales strategies, product updates, and professional development skills

Base hourly + commission (Average Sales Associates earn $42,000-$62,000 annually; earnings vary based on performance)*
