Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales goals and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and key clients.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Provide product knowledge, technical support, and training to customers and partners.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive trends.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports while managing territory budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or HVAC Technology (preferred).
5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or territory management.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
