Sales Team Leads

to oversee and grow high-performing door-to-door teams. You'll coach reps in the field, drive daily performance, manage your assigned territory, and close deals alongside your team. If you're reliable, competitive, and ready to lead from the front, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of entry-level sales reps Knock doors with your team and model top-tier sales skills Coach reps on talking with homeowners about Brightspeed internet options Ensure your team generates interest, closes deals, and hits targets Track team performance using simple CRM tools (SPOTIO, BASS, Payment Tracker) Manage and optimize your assigned territory daily Hold team members accountable to hours, goals, and expectations

Compensation:

$20/hour base + leadership overrides

Uncapped commissions

Top Team Leads regularly earn

$2,500-$10,000+ per week
