Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist. This is a temporary part-time role, averaging 10-20 hours per week for 6-8 weeks. This position is completely remote, work-from-home, no travel required but the candidate must reside in NH, MA, RI or VA.

Responsibilities

Import sales contacts into Salesforce cleanly Ensure contacts in Salesforce are tied to correct accounts Review existing Salesforce records to updating missing contact information and verify if contacts are still at indicated companies Clean up duplicates and inaccurate data in Salesforce Add each contact's LinkedIn profile URL to their Salesforce contact record

Experience

Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office required; proficiency in Salesforce desired Must reside in MA, NH, RI or FL
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
