Summary:

Reporting to the Sales Support Supervisor in the Sales Operations department, the Sales Support Specialist will use your organizational and multi-tasking skills to support the overall sales process, servicing DM's resellers and dealers.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the sales team by carrying out customer service and other transactions quickly and effectively.

Providing the most positive customer experience in the industry and utilizing cross-selling and up selling when possible to drive gross profit.

Delivering rapid problem resolutions and thorough follow up to dealers.

A critical team member involved in building market share.

A technology-driven position, utilizing phone systems and computer systems to conduct business.

Develop strong, positive relationships with internal teams and business partners

Requirements:

2 years of Customer Service experience

Intense multi-tasking talent

Committed problem solver and expert communicator

Strong prioritization and organization skills

Dynamic computer skills (intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications)

Passionate about positive customer experience balanced with business needs
