The successful candidate will be responsible for working with members of the outside sales team in a support role while also entering sold jobs into our sales management software. This position is an ideal entry point into the company and provides ample opportunities for learning and development.

Responsibilities:

• Enter jobs into our job management software for supported sales reps
• Resolve outside questions/selections on sold jobs during the order entry process
• Provide administrative support to outside sales reps: communicate with customers on behalf of the sales reps, help solve problems, process payments, follow up with customers on outstanding quotes
• Serve as the showroom representative for assigned sales team members during customer visits
• Assist with inside sales duties and coverage

Qualifications:
Primarily, the employee enjoys:

• Interacting with customers in a professional manner
• Be detail-oriented
• Be focused on making sure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion
• Working as a part of a team must be a strength, along with a willingness to learn about the products we offer
• Previous Administrative and/or data entry experience is preferred but not required
• Background in construction/building trades is a plus
• All applicants will be evaluated on their fit for the position as well as math proficiency
