Sales Service Coordinator

What You'll Do

Prepare proposals and project documents Manage order entry and project tracking Serve as a key communication point for Account Managers and other team members Collect and organize project paperwork Maintain accurate client records and billing Support daily operations and project needs

Help keep the team aligned with positive, proactive communication

Bring a confident, can-do approach to a fast-paced, collaborative group

What You Bring

High School Diploma required Strong multitasking and organization skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office A solution-oriented mindset

Confidence in communicating with a variety of personality styles

A steady, positive presence that helps keep projects moving smoothly

Bonus: Experience in the furniture industry
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
