The Sales Support Specialist provides crucial administrative and outbound prospecting support to the sales team. This role involves assisting with sales operations, nurturing client relationships, and generating leads via calls, emails, and CRM follow-ups. Strong communication, organization, and a motivated, positive outlook are essential for success in a collaborative and fast-paced sales environment. This position offers a bonus structure for securing qualified leads in addition to the hourly wage.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales team with quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales reporting.
Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify prospects.
Maintain and update customer data and track leads in CRM (Dynamics365 or similar).
Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients and internal teams.
Support onboarding and documentation for new clients.
Triage and respond to email & phone inquiries, maintaining professional communication.
Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and schedule follow-up meetings.
Research target accounts and build lists of contacts and decision-makers.
Record prospecting activities and follow up on campaign-generated leads in the CRM.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist 3rd party marketing company with content for social media & website
Coordinate & oversee special marketing projects as needed (calendars, pistachios, shamrocks, etc.)
Other duties as necessary that align with supporting the sales & marketing of Gallagher Uniform
Requirements:
Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong desire to learn and succeed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with using CRM systems (Experience with Dynamics365 preferred; other systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho are similar).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable with outbound outreach and creative approaches to lead generation.
Education: Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience or training considered.

Creative approach to finding solutions & generating results.
