Summary


The Sales Support Representative is critical to the success of the sales organization and will assist the Industrial Power Sales Team with all aspects of inside sales, including reviewing customer requests for quotations, ensuring all customer and order communications are handled with precision and care, and working cross-functionally within the SENS organization to address challenges and communicate with customers promptly and professionally. This position requires excellent communication internally and with customers, manufacturing representatives, and channel partners, and the primary tasks include communicating effectively with inside sales employees and customers; as well as demonstrating excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Customer and Manufacturer Representative Relationship: Communicating with customers and manufacturing representatives to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities. Provide correspondence including quotes, pricing updates, order status and other technical/commercial requests. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner. Present product features and benefits to customers as required. Quote and Purchase Order Processing for Standard Products: Develop and properly communicate quotes, ensuring quote accuracy and that incoming customer purchase orders match quotes, are entered correctly and fulfill requirements of the Order Management team. SENS Order Management System (CPQ) and HubSpot Improvement: Work closely with the Sales Operations Team/HubSpot Team to facilitate continuous improvement in support of the sales and order processes.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales or customer support, in either corporate or technical environments. Ability to develop technical skills and product knowledge. Proficiency in MS Office, ability to become proficient in CRM software, preferably HubSpot. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer focus and customer service skills. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office 360 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM systems, and meeting platforms (MS Teams/Zoom). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience processing purchase orders. Experience generating customer quotes.

Location:

This position will be fully onsite in our Longmont, CO office.

Base Compensation:

$22.36 - $27.69 is the projected hourly pay for this role and will be determined by qualifications and experience.
