We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Operations & Sales Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Documentation Support
Create and manage HubSpot quotes for clients.
Ensure all client documentation is accurate and complete.
Track and manage contract renewals to ensure timely completion.
Client Relationship Management
Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and address outstanding needs.
Maintain organized records of client communications and commitments within Hubspot.
Internal Coordination
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the engineering team and executive leadership.
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in sales support, client services, or administrative coordination preferred.

Pay: $39,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
