Bottcher America is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Technical Sales Support Associate

to support our manufacturing operations. This role serves as a key point of contact between our customers and internal teams, ensuring timely communication, accurate order processing, and exceptional service throughout the production and delivery cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of production workflows and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments (production, logistics, sales). Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries accurately and efficiently. Provide updates on order status, lead times, and delivery schedules. Resolve customer issues related to product quality, delivery, or service in a timely and professional manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Collaborate with production and planning teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Support account managers with customer communications and documentation. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline service processes.

Experience

Previous experience as a CSR is required. Manufacturing setting preferred. Proficiency in data entry with strong typing skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively. Experience with CRM or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP).

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
