The Sales Rep role should have a proven outside sales background with a self-motivated attitude. The Salesman is responsible for helping our client select style, educating about the benefit of our windows and walking them through the purchasing including measurements and specifications. Qualified applicants will have:
- Experience with window and door estimates
- Must be able to read, interpret and accurately take-off construction and architectural drawings and specifications
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Field experience (measuring / installing) a plus not required
- Meet face-to-face with customers
- Must be willing to travel
- Prepare detailed estimates in a timely manner
- Compute cost factors when preparing estimates
- Manage and coordinate change order requests
- Communicate effectively regarding acknowledgment dates and on-time delivery
- Strong written documentation skills and solid computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets for pay and commissions
- Strong communications skills and Passion to help others
- At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with Outside Sales preferred not required
- Willingness to be part of a TEAM atmosphere
- Ability to follow our Proven Selling System and Programs
- Self-motivated and Organized
- Must have a Smart Phone
- Reliable Car necessary and valid insurance/driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
